A 2 year FULL warranty covers each unit against manufacturing defect. We provide full service and parts at our plant if needed. Only limited service is ever necessary.
All units are in stock and can be shipped promptly upon receipt of your order. Shipment is usually made by UPS, but when requested we ship by Express Mail, Air Freight, or other expedited Dispatch. Shipment is FOB, St. Louis, MO. We ship on open account if you provide satisfactory credit references. Our terms are net 30 days. Others may include check with order, or prepay with VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, or request shipment UPS COD.
We dispense most roll labels without difficulty. If you use vinyl, acetate, mylar, foil or other very thin stock, please send us a 60" length of this type of label to make sure we can dispense satisfactorily. Usually our thin edge plate can accomplish this, however we can provide other modification, if necessary.
Since the efficiency and productivity of these dispensers is a result of the unique control of the label advance by the limit switch, we only recommend a foot switch as an alternative method of advancing the labels when the labels do not have sufficient body to activate the limit switch. A foot switch is available when needed.
Any dispenser can be furnished with 220 Volt 50 hz motor (except D-5) and/ or European plugs on a special order basis.
